Who is NiagaraShuttle.com?
Our Mission: Provide you with safe, reliable - and most
importantly affordable - ground transportation to and from
Niagara Falls from both the Buffalo Airports.
In business since 2003, we have established ourselves as
one the premiere airport ground transportation providers
in the Buffalo, Toronto and Niagara Falls area. We service
as many as 200 trips per week to/from the Buffalo Airport
- each and every week. We have a large modern fleet of Lincoln
Town Car sedans and luxury SUV's to serve your need to
Niagara Falls.
Are you a Bus Service?
NO! WE ARE NOT A BUS
OR SHARE RIDE SERVICE. We are a private ride car service
with flat rate pricing. Our rates are based on VEHICLE price.

Can I just jump in with someone else?
NO! We are not a
share ride or bus service.
Is my information safe with Niagara
Shuttle?
Rest assured your personal and payment information is safe
with us. Our reservation system uses the highest level of
encryption available. We are just as safe as booking your
flight with Delta, your hotel room on Travelocity or your car
rental with Hertz or Avis. Although we may not have a "big
name" like Delta or Continental, rest assured there will be a
car waiting for you at the airport when you arrive. We are
dependable and affordable.
Another thing to keep in mind if you are hesitant to book
with us for whatever reason, your credit card companies
have safeguards in place to prevent fraud. We are an authorized
merchant and accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express.
What happens when I make an online
reservation?
Once you complete your online reservation you will be
immediately sent an instant confirmation. Due to the size and
experience of our company, we never turn down reservations or
overbook our vehicles. Our fleet is large enough that we always
have vehicles available to service your needs to/from Niagara
Falls and the Buffalo and Toronto Airports.
Using our state of the art dispatch system, we track all
incoming flights. Please ensure that your Airline, flight
number and arrival time are correct. Should you miss a
connecting flight or have a cancellation, please call our
office as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements. We
will try to accommodate your needs as best as possible.

How far in advance should I make a
reservation?
We recommend you make your reservation as soon as your
flight and hotel are confirmed. We take reservations as little
as 8 hours in advance of arrival time with online
reservations.
There is a fare sale or coupon code that I have.
Where do I enter that?
Click "Make a Reservation" and begin your reservation
process. You will be given the opportunity to enter your coupon
code on the third (3rd) page during the reservation process,
under the comments box. It looks like this:

What if I want an earlier/later pickup time than
suggested by the reservation system?
Our reservation system will set a "suggested" pickup time.
It will appear in a drop down box where you will also have the
option to choose your own, earlier pickup time. In addition,
you can always email us with an earlier or later pickup time.
Use the contact form on this website and be sure to reference
your reservation number.
From time to time, we may call you and suggest an earlier
pickup time than your reservation scheduled pickup. Bridge
traffic patterns, time of day and holiday weekends are major
factors for us calling you and recommending that we pick you
back up earlier for your return to the airport to catch your
flight.
What currency are prices quoted?
All prices are quoted and will be charged in United States
Dollars (USD). All quotes include all fees and taxes. Gratuity
is additional. Hand tips can be given directly to your driver
in cash/currency of your choice.
Where do I meet my car & driver?
Your vehicle and chauffeur will be outside the terminal
awaiting your arrival in the Hotel Shuttle/Limousine lot. You
will need to proceed from your plane to the baggage claim area,
go out the doors to the right and walk about 100 yards. This is
where you will see your driver holding a sign with the name of
your party. An alternate indoor meet is available for a small
fee. If elected, the driver will meet you indoors at the bottom
of the escalators, holding a sign with the name of your
party.
Do you provide corporate or volume
discounts?
Yes we do. Please contact us for further information by
using the form on this website.
We do provide a 24 hour line for dispatching in case you
need to reach us when our offices are closed. You can always
